The Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law designates the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office as the official registrar for the rules of all state agencies and the publisher of the Mississippi Administrative Bulletin and the Mississippi Administrative Code. This Act gives the public an opportunity to be aware of and participate in state agency rule-making.
Agencies must contact the Regulation and Enforcement Division, APA Unit to obtain the forms used to file their rules. The APA Unit may be contacted by calling 601-359-9055 or by emailing the Regulation and Enforcement Division.
