The Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office will launch a new UCC filing application on Monday, September 14, 2026.
To support the transition to the new system, all current UCC services will be unavailable beginning at the close of business on Thursday, September 10, 2026, through 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026.
During this Go-Live window, the following services will not be unavailable:
- Online UCC filings
- UCC Bulk Filing
- UCC searches
- Other UCC-related online processing
Customers should plan accordingly and complete any time-sensitive UCC filings or searches before the system becomes unavailable on September 10.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Any draft filings in the current system will be lost during the transition to the new system. All draft filings should be completed and submitted prior to the Go-Live outage.
- All Users will be required to register in the new system. Current account credentials will not work in the new system
- Users with Subscriptions will not have access to their subscriptions after registering. Subscriptions will be connected to subscribers after registration. There will be a short delay in this process.
The new UCC filing application will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026.
