Services
The Office of the Secretary of State is dedicated to being both a service and information agency. There are eight divisions of the Secretary of State’s Office: Business Services & Regulation, Charities, Elections, External Affairs, Policy & Research, Publications, Public Lands and Securities. In addition, the agency employs executive and administrative staff which help oversee the various functions of the office.
Campaign Finance
Candidates and political committees are required to report campaign finance activity in accordance with state law, ensuring transparency and accountability in the electoral process.

Honor a Soldier
To vote in honor of a veteran, voters may dedicate their vote to a veteran or service member. Submissions, including the honoree’s name, branch of service, and years of service, will be displayed on the Vote in Honor of a Veteran Honor Wall.
