JACKSON –  Our office recently published a list of all candidates for the Statewide or Legislative Office who failed to file a campaign disclosure report by the dates specified in Section 23-15-807(b).

Senator-elect Jason Todd Barrett was not able to file his campaign finance report before the 5 p.m. deadline on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. His report was received shortly after the 48-hour deadline by which our office is required to report those who have yet to file their reports. Senator-Elect Barrett is now in full compliance with our office and we look forward to working with him in the legislature.
