JACKSON – Thirty Mississippi counties will participate in the November General/Special Election on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Polls open at 7 a.m. Tuesday and close at 7 p.m., and as always, any voter in line at 7 p.m. is entitled to cast a ballot.

I am disappointed in the recent ruling and on Tuesday filed an appeal requesting a review of this decision before the Mississippi Supreme Court. I grew up on the Coast, want to see it prosper as much as anyone, and offered a rent-exempt lease for this project that was rejected.

JACKSON – General Election Day is officially underway for nearly 200 municipalities across Mississippi. So far, calls to our Election Hotline have been steady, with most calls relating to poll observer conduct and campaigning.
